The Program of LACONA XIII includes Oral Presentations, Poster Presentations, Breaks, and Social Events.
ORAL PRESENTATION
An Oral Presentation is expected to be held using digital slides (PPT, PPTX, PDF) and/or video clips.
- The duration of an Oral Presentation must not exceed 15 minutes.
- When an Oral Presentation is held by two speakers, the time sharing between them must be preliminarily communicated to the Session Chair.
POSTER PRESENTATION
A Poster Presentation includes the exhibition of a printed Poster and a Poster Pitch (short oral summary).
- Standard Poster sizes (horizontal size x vertical size): 80 mm x 110 mm. In any case, the horizontal size should not exceed 100 cm and the vertical size should not exceed 150 cm.
- The duration of the Poster Pitch must not exceed 3 minutes.
SOCIAL EVENTS
The Social Events foreseen include Welcome Drink, Excursion, and Social Dinner. Further details will be provided along the next weeks.
